A: Dear please don't worry. your package was signed by your local express company. they have your hair and waiting your message to delivery the package. you can contact them to have it. if still can't have the hair, please contact us freely. we will help you get the hair.
2. Why my hair color is different with the picture?
A: The picture was snap by professional camera. so its little light but not big differce. thats is quite normal,hope you can understand. if you want to sell the real picture before you can check it with us. if don't want to keep it after you receive the hair. please contact us before you leave the negative review or open the dispute. we always do our best to satisfied our customer.
3. How to use it?
A: The briad is 24inch/100g, normally we suggest our customer take 5-7 pack for a full head. 2-3 pack for two braids.

Services & Estimates: Orders placed and paid for by 5:00 PM Pacific Monday through Friday usually ship out the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific are packaged up the next business day and shipped the day after that.
